Once again... STDs are something you should worry about even more than falling pregnant.. so use condoms w/ spermicide every time you have sex, unless you are in a committed monogomous relationship, and even sometimes then.. because you can never be certain....

Other forms of contraception that I have not used and thus cannot give you my opinion on:

  • The Rhythm Method
  • The Ovulation Method
  • Diaphragms w/ Spermicide
  • Sponges w/ Spermicide (No longer available in the U.S.)
  • Intra-Uterine Devices
  • Depo-Provera
  • Norplant
  • Female Condoms
  • Having your fallopian tubes burnt or tied
  • Hysterectomy
  • Dental Dams and latex gloves (ok not contraception, but practicing safe sex is just as important!!!! and besides, you can have a lot of fun with a dental dam...)

There are probably more but I can't think of them right now....
